Return Policy
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the custom nature and on demand processing of most of our products we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. We do our very best to ensure that we quality check and pack any items purchased. Once you receive your items, please do an inspection to ensure that you have not received any items in damaged condition. Once the package has left our facility and is in the carrier's possession it is out of our control how the package may be inadvertently mishandled by the carrier.
If for any reason your items arrive in damaged condition, please reach out to us immediately so that we may try to assist you in correcting the problem. If we have deemed the item(s) to be returnable we will gladly send a replacement to you.
Items returned to us due to being damaged in transit must be unworn (in new condition), tags attached, unwashed, and must be in its original packaging. Once returns are received, items will be inspected. If for any reason, items aren't received in original condition, items will not be accepted and will be reshipped (returned to buyer) at buyer's expense. The buyer will pay for any return shipping labels. All acceptable exchanges can be made within 3 days of receipt.
We DO NOT accept order cancellations or changes to shipping address once orders are placed.
At this time, we do not offer return/refunds or exchanges for any custom orders or for any of the kids Tutu's or Tutu Sets unless damaged upon receipt (which we must be notified within 3 days of delivery). If for any reason something arrives in damaged condition, we will be glad to assist you while we try to resolve this issue.
